- Led a near-realtime brand offer activation platform and its conflict-resolution algorithm for overlapping offers
- Architected the claims portal recovering brand-offer money for compliance and IPO readiness
- Partnered with Product to define north-star capabilities for the Offers & Claims platform
- Owned the internal Document Store platform — tiering/archival, faster metadata search, signed URL uploads — cutting upload latency 150ms; served as SME
- Built horizontal bulk file processing — large-file handling and client-level BYOC support — as SME, onboarding multiple teams
- Built a customizable Aggregation queries API on ElasticSearch for analytics
- Built the invoice data-warehousing pipeline for customer returns and a millisecond-latency cold store read/enrichment pipeline
- Led migrations from Hystrix to Resilience4j and the document store from AWS to GCP; managed the sharded, replicated MongoDB cluster underneath
